New KMC Automatic Piston Fillers
|
- 1 ounce to 70 ounce piston sets.
- Available in 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 piston design.
- All Triclamp fittings for easy disassembly and clean up. Piston cylinders are open on both ends for cleanability.
- Options include tip shut off nozzles, agitated hoppers, and/or heated hoppers.
- Bottom up fill, enter fill retract, and other nozzle set ups are standard.
- No tools required to clean or to change over to a different job.
- Change over time is less than 5 minutes with no change parts.
- PLC Logic controls all machine functions including speed, fill volume, bottom up filling, suckback, multistroking, etc.
- All stainless steel construction including machine frame. Filter can be washed down.
- Provides extremely accurate fill volumes which eliminates costly giveaway.
- Complete with 6 foot long conveyor and 15 gallon hopper.
