Anthony Three Roll Mills
|

Keith Machinery Manufactures mills under the Anthony brand name. Roll set options are manual roll set, manual hydraulic roll set, and electrohydraulic roll set. Endplates can either be Buhler type allowing for mixing on the rear two rolls, or endplates that ride on the flat of the roll. All mills have water-cooled rolls. Options include rolls machined for rotary joints, thermometers in the water box, thermocouples in the water box with digital readout, and automatic temperature control system. Rolls can be steel, stainless steel, ceramic coated, or tungsten carbide coated. All mills are prewired including the appropriate buttons/micro switches mounted on the mill, and with a control box. Options include single speed motor with single speed starter, single speed motor with VFD for varispeed operation, two speed motor with two speed starter, braking for safety, explosion proof motors with intrinsically safe prewire, etc...
