Used (remanufactured) Three Roll Mills

Keith Machinery sells more used (remanufactured) three roll mills than any other company in the world. It has more than 150 used mills in stock, ready for remanufacture. Brands include Buhler, Day, Kent, Lehmann, Ross, etc... Sizes available include 4"x8", 4.5"x10", 5"x12", 6"x14", 9"x24", 10"x20", 12"x30", 13"x32", 14"x30", 16"x36", 16"x40", 16"x50", etc...
All mills can have manual roll set, manual hydraulic roll set, or electroydraulic roll set. All mills can have endplates that ride on the flat of the roll, or endplates that allow for mixing on the back two rolls. Rolls can be as manufactured, or they can be ceramic coated or tungsten carbide coated.
All mills have water-cooled rolls, and options include rolls machined for rotary joints, thermometers in the water box, thermocouples in the water box with digital readouts, and automatic temperature control system. All mills can be prewired including the appropriate buttons/micro switches mounted on the mill, and a control box. Options include single speed motor with single speed starter, single speed motor with VFD for varispeed operation, two speed motor with two speed starter, braking for safety, explosion proof motors with intrinsically safe prewire, etc...
