1-Patterson-Kelley MVP Post Lift Style Multiple Vessel Processing Blending System. Model MVP, S/N C445634. Maximum vessel size is 20 cu ft, however, the shells/totes included with this system are as follows: 10 cu ft V with solids intensifier bar, 5 cu ft V with solids intensifier bar, 500 L Matcon IBC Bin Blending Shell, 250 L Matcon IBC Bin Blending Shell, and shell transfer cart. Mixing vessels feature sanitary discharge, and are portable. A 20 cu ft V shell can be supplied at additional cost, price upon request. Existing post lift room height installation is approximately 16' high. Max material density: 70lbs/cu.ft. Complete with Matcon Cone Valve Discharge Station, S/N 023005. The Matcon Station includes its own HMI with selector switches. The MVP Blender includes its own HMI with Allen Bradley Panel View 1000. The blender has a large (2) door main electrical cabinet with (4) VFDs for Post Lift, Slue, Shell, and I-bar.
