1-Used JH Day 75 gallon (working) stainless steel Mixer/Extruder (MIXTRUDER). Mixer has stainless steel contact parts, and the bowl has a carbon steel jacket, rated at 125 psi @ 353 degrees F. The mixing trough is 32" x 32", and the mixer has 135 degree overlapping spiral blades, it is geared on one side, and it has air purged packing glands. The blades are driven through a chain and sprocket drive by a 25 HP US Varidrive (3/60/230-460V). The unit has a 10" diameter discharge screw, driven by a 25 HP US Varidrive motor (3/60/230-460V). The trough has a domed cover which tilts back via a hydraulic power-pack (approx. 2 HP).
