1-Fillamatic 12 Head Piston Filler Model H-100, S/N 16613. 220/3/60 17.5a. This is a 12 station in line filler with 12 horizontal pistons. It is currently equipped with 12 140cc (4oz) piston and cylinder assemblies. It utilizes a star indexing wheel for container indexing under the nozzles. It also has a pneumatically extendable trip tray, no container no fill sensor, and back log sensors. Electronics include A/B 500 PLC with Ethernet connection and an Electo-Cam electronic positioning cam bank. Capable of speeds to 120 bottles per minute depending on product viscosity and fill volume. Note: filler is missing 12 filling nozzles, condition "fair".
