Expert Testing and Rebuilding Workshops
All of our equipment can be purchased "as is", "shop tested" or "fully reconditioned." Our workshops can handle most tasks and employ approximately fifty engineers, machinists, and mechanics. When rebuilding is required, our workshops can provide an engineered turnkey solution, including electrical prewired control packages if necessary. In addition to our general work on a wide array of equipment, we have developed workshop specialties that deserve special recognition. These include:
- Custom fabrication and stainless steel specialty fabrication
- Filling equipment including new piston fillers for viscous product filling
- Mixing and blending equipment including vee, ribbon, conical, offset conical, paddle, plow, pony/planetary, high shear, and double arm mixers
