This unique product handling system is specifically designed for high efficiency and accurate multi-shift application of labels, to round products at high speeds {up to 700 bpm} with minimal skew. Its mechanically integrated drive features a robust vertical roller assembly, which both references the more accurate container side wall as the label is applied, and assures positive product tracking. Accuracy and efficiency is also a function of label control. This is accomplished via a servo motor driven push/pull label drive. This combination assures true variable speed, constant liner tension, and accurate label index, minimizes liner breakage and provides a consistently predictable label application. This machine features a CTC computer touch screen. Stainless steel clad base, sanitary conveyor, Allen Bradley PLC., Push/Pull twin nip label drive, Horizontal unwind, Powered torque motor rewind, Quick changeover without tools.
