Case Study: Bristol-Myers Squibb – Garden City, NY

Complete purchase and liquidation, auction, and asset removal due to the closure of BMS Garden City, NY facility.  KMC worked hand in hand with Senior Management to develop plan to meet objectives.  We also worked closely with the plant managers and engineers in Garden City to coordinate mutual goals.  We offered complete “A to Z” service for the closure of the 200,000 sq. ft. facility.  This not only included buying and selling all of the assets, this also included orchestrating and executing all of the rigging of assets, and leaving the facility “broom clean” to meet requirements of the real estate division.  Our project results met or exceeded all objectives.
