1-Cozzoli Model PS-130 Stoppering Machine for standard rubber stoppers and Lyophilization Stoppers. This is a versatile conveyorized unit suitable for handling 13, 20, 28 and 30mm stoppers with proper change parts. The machine is currently set up for 20mm stoppers. The machine is capable of providing full stopper insertion for liquid products or partial insertion for freeze dried vaccines. Production speeds up to 100per minute. Motor specs: 1/60/115V equipped with 3 1/4" plastic chain and 6' long conveyor. SCR variable speed drive. A Syntron hopper with stainless steel bowl is used to feed the stoppers.
