1-Lee 500 Gallon Stainless Steel Tilting Steam Jacketed Kettle, Model CWD500. This is a standard Lee tilting kettle with water actuated hydraulics to assist with tilting kettle for discharging. The kettle is jacketed for 90 PSI maximum pressure, and is mounted on a sturdy frame. The kettle measures approx. 62" in diameter x 51" deep and has a spout for pouring when tilted. It has a cover. Clamp on Lightnin mixer available for some of the kettles at added cost of $1,000.
