1-Cozzoli Vial Tray Loader, Model BT-400, S/N BT-400-57. The BT-400 Vial Tray Loader is a positive vial controlled robotic pick and place tray loader. It features continuous container movement, can handle diameters from ½" to 2 ½" (12 mm to 63 mm). It can handle slotted or conventional closures; it can handle 3 or 4 sided tray type. From Cozzoli literature stating: "Its unique robotic arm picks up vials by the side of their necks, thus eliminating particle-generating mechanisms like pivots, linkages or slides over the vials."

The tray loader now requires a control package as the original controls remained integrated in a downstream monoblock master panel that was not released.
