1-Used Omega, Automatic Random Bottle Unscrambler, Model # 3D.RP1.8 S/N 88.J10369. This machine features a 3 ft rotary centrifugal bottle feeder which feeds bottles through the guide rails and onto the unscrambling table with 8 rotary pockets. These bottles are then inverted and pass over a 4 station ionized bottle cleaner before being up righted and discharged. This machine comes with four sets of change parts including 30cc, 60cc, 100cc, and 120cc containers, and is rated for speeds up to 160 bpm. The unit also includes a bulk hopper with feed elevator that incorporates a cleated, inclined feed elevator by Omega. The bulk feeder utilizes a 12" wide white neoprene belt with 2" high cleats on 9" centers belt driven by DC Drive with gear reducer.
