1-Vertical 316SS 450 Gallon Jacketed Vacuum Mixing Vessel. This tank has an internal finish of 2B (additional polishing to #4 finish can be accomplished at additional cost if required by customer). This vessel is 60 diameter by 36" straight side depth. It has a dished bottom and center bottom outlet. It has a dished and welded top head with swing type manway, ANSI agitator flange, misc. top inlets. The exterior features a SS dimpled jacket finished 2B. The exterior can be polished or insulated with SS polished sheathing at added cost. The agitator can be supplied new and features direct drive (1750 RPM max), flange mount agitator with 316SS contact parts. The agitator will operate at 1750 RPM VFD supplied (NEMA 1) to operate to a minimum of 250 RPM. The agitator will have a 316SS shaft with dual impellors (impellor style to be determined). Electrical specifications of motor are 3/60/230-460V.
