1-Eppenbach 5 Gallon SS Agimixer Kettle, S/N 9561. As per standard design, the double motion agitator is driven by a .25 HP (1/60/115V) motor. The kettle is 14" diameter by 10" deep and it has a center bottom outlet with plug valve. It is mounted on pipe legs puttingthe valve outlet approx. 14" off the floor. The unit has a stainless steel bridge which tilts (manually) for agitator removal.
