2-Unused Vulcan 1,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Kettles. This kettle is 60" ID by 60" on the straight side, it has a dished bottom with2" center bottom outlet, and an open top. The unit is constructed of type 316 SS,20% clad, 3/8" thick. The jacket covers the bottom and the straight side, and it is rated at 30 psi at 500 degrees F.

Secondary agitator will be driven by a 2HP Eurodrive (72 RPM), andthis will be Groen type "reverse Christmas tree" design. Terciary agitator will be 20HP Homo Mixer.
