1-NEVER USED, INSTALLED & VALIDATION RUN ONLY IN 2007, IMA INTERGRATED BLISTER LINE. Original installation consisted of a C80/A81 Blister Machine with Cartoner, MS300 Bundling Machine and a CP18 Case Packer / Flex Palletizer. The "End of Line" Casepacker & Flex palletizer is now available. Line details as follows:
IMA-BFB CP18 CASEPACKER 03001
Unit features automatic case-packer BFB CP18 model with horizontal loading of products into the cases. The corrugated cartons (American type) are drawn from a horizontal magazine. The machine has a cantilever structure in steel and moving parts of machine are mainly mechanically driven. The machine, arranged for quick size changeover without using any tools is equipped with:
- Automatic infeed system, BA model, with cantilever design complete with:
- In line infeed belt (200mm large, 1500 mm long),
- Pneumatic up-stacking unit with double piston (short stroke+ long stroke) and double latches to achieve the maximum speed of 40 stacks/minutes ('b' max. = 70 mm). The machine can handle products with 'b' dim. up to 150 mm (excluding the 1stcouple of latches), but at the maximum speed of 20 stacks per minute.
- Counter elevator in stacking area
- Horizontal case magazine 1 mt. long complete with minimum cases level checking device,
- case forced opening group with variable speed by means of Lenze inverter, complete with machine stop in case of cases not well opened or not in the correct loading position,
- Driven hopper to facilitate the product insertion into the case,
- Case transferring group to the closing area,
- Case lateral flaps closing group complete with safety for overload,
- Operator's guards, doors with safety interlocks,
- Electrical wiring and noise level are in accordance with European standards, voltage 230/400V +/-10%, 50HZ;
- Siemens electrical components,
- PLC Siemens S7,
- Pneumatic components: Festo complete with pressure switch
- UNIOP Keypad complete with display for machine, size changeover and alarm messages control,
- One set of change parts for case opening.
- The infeed system the machine will be equipped with is arranged for fast changeover (without parts replacement);
- Mechanic speed: 12 cases/min.
- Production speed: in accordance with the case collation.
- With Additional cost for electronic infeed system for CP18 CasePacker including:
- additional upper infeed belt driven by the standard infeed belt motor,
- upstacking unit driven by brushless motor (pneumatic system on the standard version),
- products pusher driven by brushless motor (pneumatic system on the standard version).
Maximum speed: 80 stacks/min. according to products dimensions.
- Case closing unit by means of PVC adhesive tape complete with:
- end of tape detection and machine stop when missing;
- adhesive tape Pre-unwinding group.
- Warning light detector for cases consumption
- End of tape prealarm for both reels
- Photocell activating and deactivating machine feeding belt.
- Overload photocell on the infeed belt to stop the upstream machine.
- 90 degree case overturning device on machine exit to have the cases in vertical position. Cases are overturned on operator's side (max. speed: 12 cases/min.)
- With Markem Print & Apply Labeler, Model 334. It applies label either on side or corner of the case. Includes software composer Vs. 2.
- With DataLogic Scanner to check correct label placement on the case and correct label information, with ejection device.
IMA-BFB 2FPS FLEX PALLETIZER 04001
Unit features automatic palletizer, IMA-BFB 2FPS FLEX-PALLETIZER model with double floor pallet station, capable of palletizing cumulative parallelepiped-shape cases and products on EURO pallets, 800x1200xand 1000x1200mm.Maximum standard palletizing height: 1100 mm (pallet excluded). The machine composed by a sturdy structure of steel painted with epoxy lacquer is complete with:
- In-line infeed belt (1500 mm long) complete with maximum load photocell;
- 6 axes FANUC manipulator;
- Pallet centered by side guides;
- One pick up head with vacuum and relevant software program for n.1 palletizing schemes;
- Double pallet loading station at floor level complete with sliding doors built into the frame with micro-switches (as per - - - - European std.) And safety light curtains for empty pallet feeding and full pallet removal without stopping the machine
- PLC: Siemens S7,
- Operator's panel: Siemens MP370 Touch Screen;
- Electric equipment and noise level according to European STD. Std. voltage 400VAC +/-10% Three phase-50 Hz+ Earth.
