Details

1-Lakso Dual Head Cotton Inserter, Model 300, S/N 121. This is a standard Model 300 dual head cottoner which is capable of inserting 2" to 7" long lengths of cotton into containers at speeds up to 300 bottles per minute. Cotton is placed in an inverted U to help maintain product integrity. Bottles are fed through the machine via a feed screw which is driven by the main machine drive. Upper feeding section is protected by interlocked guarding. Electrical controls are Allen Bradley. Timing screw container feed, operator station with push button controls, powered head lift, currently designed to mount with clients conveyor (KMC has conveyors in stock if purchaser requires). 3/60/460V.
