1-Omega Servo Pouch Style Automatic Stainless Steel Desiccant Feeder, Model PDF, S/N 14-J49274. Servo-controlled rollers cut pouches from a strip and dispenses them at speeds up to 600 pouches per minute depending on desiccant size (or 300 ppm for double drop applications). Unit complete with safety guard doors with interlocks. Air requirements are 80 psi @ .50 cfm, 120 volt, 60 Hz, 1 ph, 15 amps. Allen Bradley touch screen operator interface and Allen Bradley PLC based controls. Placement head is adjustable. With unwind station. Power tested in shop. Multiple desiccant chute parts (3/4-1 gram, 2-3 gram, and 5 gram).
