Additional for new KMC Triple Motion Agitator installed on kettle. Unit will have stainless steel bridge which will be bolted onto kettle to allow for easy removal for cleaning, repairs, etc. Center agitator will be slow speed type with nylon scrapers driven by a 5 HP Eurodrive (24 RPM). Secondary agitator will be driven by a 2HP Eurodrive (72 RPM), andthis will be Groen type "reverse Christmas tree" design. Terciary agitator will be 20HP Homo Mixer. All contact parts are stainless steel.
