KMC has four (4) of these Lehmann 5" x 11" laboratory three roll mills (TRMs) in stock and ready for remanufacture, as of 4/1/17. The sales price for these TRMs will depend on the options chosen by the customer. The most simple Lehmann 5x11 TRM will have manual roll set, manual apron set, manual roll temperature control, can plate, 3 HP gear reduced TEFC inverter duty motor, quiet timing belt drive, and fully ANSI 2007 compliant electrical package with color touch screen HMI. This electrical package includes variable roll speed, WASHUP MODE (A very slow speed used when cleaning the rolls), EMERGENCY BRAKING, and NGSIS (nip guard safety interlock system that monitors mill functions and insures that when cleaning the rolls, the WASHUP STICK (in-running nip point guard) is in the feed nip, and the mill is in WASHUP MODE). Options include manual-hydraulic roll set, electro-hydraulic roll set, automatic roll temperature control, ISXP (intrinsically safe explosion proof) electrical packages, etc. The photos that are associated with this entry show an example of a Lehmann 5x11 TRM in as is condition, prior to remanufacture.
