According to catalog detaiuls, the unit is designed with product horizontal transfer and easy size changeover possibility. The machine is particularly suitable to wrap using heat sealable material (cellophane, PVC, laminates, etc.) either cartons, boxes, trays, etc. The main feature of this wrapping machine is the sealing on the product side by means of a proper sealer, which also folds the wrapping material lower and on the upper one. The lengthwise sealing, which closes the wrapping sleeve, is carried out during the product feeding phase, taking approx. as long as a machine cycle, granting a perfect seal with comparatively low sealing temperature. The machine features three main stations: product infeed belt, wrapping and lengthwise sealing station, crosswise sealing station and wrapped product outfeed. The wrapping speed is variable from 20-120 packs per minute. Minimum package dimensions are 40mm long by 15mm wide by 60mm high and maximum dimension of 160mm by 85mm by 260mm high.
