2-Unused Vulcan 1,000 Gallon Stainless Steel Kettle. This kettle is 60" ID by 60" on the straight side, it has a dished bottom with 2" center bottom outlet, and an open top. The unit is constructed of type 316 SS,20% clad, 3/8" thick. The jacket covers the bottom and the straight side of the unit and it is rated at 30 psi at 500 degrees F.
