1-West Capper, Model RW500F, machine #56. Unit manufactured 6/4/73. Motor specs: 1/60/115V. This is a fully automatic high speed rotary type serum vial capper complete with a vibratory hopper, capable of speeds up to 300 vials per minute depending on the vial size and cap type. The unit is fully adjustable with spring loaded bottle rests and pressure blocks. The unit will handle bottles ranging from 1cc to 100cc with a bottle height range of 1 1/8" to 5" and a bottle diameter range of 1/2" to 2 1/8". The machine is designed to apply aluminum seals ranging from 11mm to 28mm.
